Request reason:

i m here to tell you that i m victim of this policy, 1st) I was not knowing this policy before, just that i got the warning i got to know. 2nd) I was using my personal Wikipedia on my office desktop. and i m no way related to some any other account. whenever i m free in office, i like to edit and do some research on wikipedia spl related to topic of India, cities of India like Karwar, Indian colleges like govt colleges and few business man. and i did same when i was in office in freetime. and i became victim.

i have made a live open chat in wiki. he told me same system was used by by multiple user. I m in india, this is office system. and 3 ppl use this system, in different time. i never used any other account apart from my powargaurish 2ndly he told it was at same time both profile were used. The day when i got warning msg. that day my manger was using my system for few hours. and that same movement my wiki profile was on in one browser. 3rd he told i created one page for member of Raheja developer. yes i have created the page of one of its bored member.. who is a businessman and well know person of India also the social worker and artist in india. also govt member in many govt polices. and i know him personal so did i create a page, is there any wrong in creating page for famous person. if its wrong. then i m sorry, i wont repeat it. because of these reason, i became victim.

you can block any other account if you want, even my manager account i perfer ("wikwiaccnt123") it was my a manager account(dont know exactly, just coz it became conflict with my account i perfer so) but this user("powargaurish") was not related to an other account. even i dont have multiple account. and i dont have any information about any other account it. i m frequent user of Wikipedia with this user("powargaurish") from past many years. this is the 1st time i got this issue. and i m banned. but if u grant me access, from next time i wont use my wikipedia in office. and will use only for my own purpose.

@PhilKnight: For clarification, based on the emails I have received from him, I believe Powargaurish is saying that his office manager operates the Wikiaccnt123 account, and that he is a different individual (I declined his email appeal based on meatpuppetry, since he and his manager are clearly colluding off-wiki if this is the case). No problem. I could be wrong (the unblock request above (para 3, sentence 1) does seem to imply that he owns Wikiaccnt1234, but I don't think that's what he means). In any case, WP:MEAT still applies (see also the other accounts listed in the SPI). Yunshui ^雲 _水 12:31, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
