Interviews, what Neeraj says or sponsored/brand/PR pieces are not independent so cannot be used to establish notability. Many of the sources make no mention of Neeraj so not useful. Also it needs to be entirely rewritten and WP:COI needs to be addressed. If resubmitted without substantial relevant improvement, the draft may be rejected meaning it will no longer be considered.
