Request reason:

This is an article about Joél Célestin Filsaime the (1st Prince-au-Léogâne) in Haiti. Prince-au-Léogâne 12:34, 16 April 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

Yes, repeatedly creating an article about yourself, especially since you do not appear to meet Wikipedia's notability criteria (my search did not find any reliable sources writing about you at all), is the reason for your block. But you don't need to use the {unblock} template just to state the reason for your block; only use the unblock template if you want to request unblocking- that is, if you can clearly explain your plans for editing differently in the future, in ways that would make the encyclopedia better. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

This is an article about Joél Célestin Filsaime the (1st Prince-au-Léogâne) in Haiti - I feel that the choice wikipedia made was unfair to me as a new user on here - I was trying to (Move page: User talk:Prince-au-Léogâne) - (To new title: J-Pimp)

Decline reason:

You attempted multiple times to create an article on J-Pimp and were told the article was inappropriate. You were told multiple times that you could not use your user talk page as the storage point for said text. You refused to engage in discussion. If you want to be unblocked, you'll need to demonstrate that you have a handle on the guidelines of Wikipedia and are willing to comply with them. (Tip: removing unblock notices that state "Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked" do not show willingness to comply with the guidelines.) You'll also need to indicate a topic area that you intend to work on other than Filsaime/Price-au-Léogâne/J-Pimp. —C.Fred (talk) 13:13, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your ability to edit this talk page during the block has been revoked due to persistent removal of declined unblock requests and other disruption at your user talk page. If you wish to appeal the block further, contact the unblock mailing list at unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org. —C.Fred (talk) 15:04, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Prince-au-Léogâne, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
