Hydrogen[edit]

I am surprised to see your comment about "even gasoline companies view this technology favorably". No one doubts that they view it favorably. Oil is going to be mostly gone in 35 years and they are looking for a replacement product that they can make people buy from them. The replacement will not be hydrogen, but electric cars which will be recharged at home, from solar panels, with no need for ever going to a gas station. And that is what they do not want to happen. However what they are not thinking about is that they are sitting on 100 Trillion dollars worth of oil which is more valuable as petrochemicals than it is burning as fuel. Also from a resource standpoint it makes more sense to spread that resource out over the next billion years and not burn it up in less than a century. 199.125.109.42 04:44, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Texas secession movements, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Courtney Stadd[edit]

I recently reverted your contribution to Courtney Stadd as vandalism. While I apologize for accidentally reverting it as "vandalism", it should still be removed until you can provide reliable sources to verify such a claim on a BLP. Meatsgains (talk) 03:45, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Done.

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open![edit]

Hello, Prizes fan. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.  RickinBaltimore (talk) 15:14, 23 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

__ In Wikipedia's own guidelines, it permits holding fellow Wikipedia editors accountable who are abusing Wikipedia's trust through acting upon their (quite possible) conflicts of interest, does it not?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:No_legal_threats

Trying nicely to get that fellow editor to comply with the rules and to cease with ignoring the facts clearly didn't work. Nevertheless, in an effort to avoid being a narck, and at the suggestion of teammates, I used my personal account (which only I use) to give that editor the chance to cease with the apparently impermissible actions which Wikipedia prohibits. Otherwise the editor was to be reported to Wikipedia and if need be, a subpoena (aka "litigation") might need to be pursued so that Wikipedia could become more comfortable with empowering outsiders such as myself to investigate apparent conflicts of interest involved with the deletion-happy editor. How is that a legal threat when Wikipedia's not a court and there was no threat of a lawsuit? Presuit depositions, for example, are obtainable without a lawsuit. Meanwhile tax-exempt, nonprofit status requires squeaky clean behavior and the editor needs to comply with Wikipedia's policies. By the way, has Wikipedia knowingly authorized your behavior towards me?

"a subpoena (aka "litigation") might need to be pursued so that Wikipedia could become more comfortable with empowering outsiders such as myself to investigate apparent conflicts of interest involved with the deletion-happy editor."
This constitutes a legal threat, as well as a gross misunderstanding of Wikipedia. Wikipedia has no intention of "with empowering outsiders... to investigate apparent conflicts of interest". It is self-contained and intends to stay that way.
In any case, you won't be unblocked until you've retracted said legal threat.74.70.146.1 (talk) 13:12, 24 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Due to the continued legal threats posted here on this talk page, I have since revoked your talk page access. Should you wish to have this account unlocked, you will need to use the unblock ticket request system. Bear in mind, this will require at minimum a retraction of the legal threats you have posted on Wikipedia. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:11, 24 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

WP:ANI[edit]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Legal threat from Prizes fan.

Also, please consider yourself banned from my user talk page because of the legal threats and the overall hostility of your last comment. "... until you are dealt with like you deserve" is so far beyond the pale in a collaborative environment like Wikipedia that it's not worth my time and effort to even attempt to work with you further. You have been offered several other places to seek other opinions and rather than use time, resort to threats. Any further attempts to communicate via my talk page will be reverted unread as vandalism. Ravensfire (talk) 15:18, 23 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
