Stockton Rush is a family name. Richard Stockton Rush is a descendant of Richard Stockton (Founding Father) and of Benjamin Rush (Founding father) and his first name is Richard.

WP:COMMONNAME does not impose to withdraw the first name. Of course, Bill Clinton is "Bill Clinton" in Wikipedia but not "Clinton".
