You need to create the page at Jozo Radanović, rather than using a Wikipedia: or Wikipedia talk: prefix. That said, I note that the Hungarian Wikipedia article doesn't cite any sources (see WP:V) to establish this person's notability per WP:BIO. Please don't post the article until you can do that. - I have answered your question already -- I will do so again. First, you created the page in the wrong place - you posted at Wikipedia:Jozo Radanović, when it should have been at just Jozo Radanović. More importantly, though, you have not cited any sources, which is required by our policy WP:V, to show that Mr. Radanovic is notable per our guidelines at WP:BIO. Please read these sections.
