Southern Chinese[edit]

Despite South China often being equivalent with the far south (華南; coastal Fujian, Guangdong, HK/Macau, Hainan, and Guangxi, maybe southern Taiwan), within this article, "Southern China" is taken to be the southern half (南方) of China. Therefore, your revert applies to only a portion of the South, not the South in general. Keep in mind, that these are stereotypes; plenty of northerners have ghastly-white skin as well.
