You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Nick-D (talk) 10:22, 30 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Blocked in regards to the legal threat you made here. It also seems likely that you have some form of undisclosed conflict of interest with the person whose article you are seeking to have added through the article for creation process, which has been your only reason for editing. Nick-D (talk) 10:23, 30 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,

I was not making any legal threats, I simply felt very much so that the article was not being taken seriously and that it did not matter. Very much felt like this was being looked at as an advertisement because of Modelling. This was in no way a legal threat. Nobody is taking the article seriously and will not help or make it easier. I don't know how to use wikipedia. thanks

Defamation and libel are both legal terms with legal consequences. --Orange Mike | Talk 15:15, 30 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Next moves

[edit]
Just in case you do see this and do make a reasoned and appropriate request for an unblock, may I set out some issues that need resolution:
  • What is your relationship to the subject of the article? You clearly have a relationship. Maybe you are the subject herself, or the photographer, or her agent or something else. Whatever it is it needs to be declared on your user page - please see WP:COI for more information.
  • Your first version of the article was, to put it mildly, a total mess. At Wikipedia we are all volunteers who, for the most part, have put in time to learn how Wikipedia works, what is acceptable and what is not and how to add references. It is something of a slap in the face to be faced with such a draft as you presented. It shouted disrespect to the Wikipedia community. If you can get unblocked, you are welcome here, but please put the effort in to be a constructive contributor and not a total drain on editors' time.
  • The photographs you have uploaded assert that they are self taken. This would mean that you are the photographer and that you have freely donated the copyright to Wikimedia. Is this correct?
  • The issues re some of your comments have already been dealt with and resulted in a block. However , in the same edit you also said: This young lady has worked very hard to be where she is and you absolutely have wronged her with these comments. Please publish this article and stop bullying Models.. I personally take great exception to that. None of the comments made were about either you the editor or about the subject of the article. They were about the sloppy and unthinking work put into creating the Draft without any regard for the efforts of the reviewing editors. There are many female editors who are subject to varying levels of bullying behaviour and harassment on Wikipedia which is always unacceptable. Your words substantially trivialise this issue and this is unacceptable and I invite you repudiate your words and apologise for their use.  Velella  Velella Talk   15:25, 30 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I am very sorry about this, I am new to Wikipedia. I apologize. I also apologize for typing this here, I don't understand how to do the unblock appeal, it was on the page before and now I cannot find out how to do it. Sorry about this. I was not aware of the harassment and bullying of female editors, it was not mu intention to trivialize the matter. I understand it to be a very serious matter and not a trivial one. I was not sure how to add references, I was under the impression that when you paste links they become references on the article. Sorry, I really don't know how to edit Wikipedia at all. I hope that my frustration with a lack of understanding for the code of ethics can be forgiven, It was not my intention to cause any problems. I was hoping to write the article for Chrystal, I do know Chrystal, though I am not a close person to her on a personal level. I hope you can forgive my terrible efforts at this article, I was becoming increasingly frustrated as I do not know how to do this too well. If it is at all possible, would there be a way a professional, could possibly show the way to do this, or am I able to request an editor if they are able to please help with this?

Thank you. I think it's best I don't write the article, I am understanding that from a third person perspective it is looking biased.

@Purple velvet22: Are you interested in writing any other articles at Wikipedia, or only that one? If you wish to continue at Wikipedia, you will need to request an unblock. Here is how you do that. You're familiar with what "copy & paste" means, right? Copy the following line:

{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

and paste it below. Copy the whole line, including the two curly brackets at each end. Either edit this section or create a new section, and paste it onto the page. Where you see the words, "Your reason here", change those words to your own words, writing about why you want to be unblocked. An admin will read your unblock request, and either accept it, or decline it. Try to use words that will be persuasive to an admin that you understand why you were blocked in the first place, and describe what you will do differently afterward, if the admin accepts your request. You can use as many words as you need.
There is a how-to guide available, that explains in detail the kinds of things you should think about, while writing your unblock request. You should probably read this guide first, before starting your unblock request. Click this blue link to read the guide: Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. If you have any questions, feel free to ask below. I hope this helps, and good luck, Mathglot (talk) 18:15, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
