  • Comment: Error: There was no comment detected! Please follow the instructions at Template:AfC comment. While this woman certainly meets WP:Notability, you aren't quite addressing the footnoting issue. Footnotes are not for, say, "Mr Smith wrote a book called The West Lake [footnote: The West Lake, Smith, 1932]". Not at all, instead a list of someone's books go in a "Works" section or similar. What a footnote is for, for example, is "Mr Smith wrote The West Lake while recuperating from a bout of malaria caught while working in Belize, and his fever visions gave the basis for the book's surreal scenes.[footnote: Smith's Middle Year Works and the Dadaist Movement, Professor N. Johnson, 1948].
The footnote isn't just to testify that a book exists (that can be self-evident). What we need footnotes for is to verify that statements made about her life and impact are correct and have been documented in academia or media. Please check out GoogleBooks, and check out news websites for any articles about her, and use those to continue to verify and footnote facts about her work and its significance.
