In addition to copyright violations, it appears that this account has also been used to repeatedly spam articles to Wikipedia, in hopes to increase SEO rank. [1] The single purpose accounts created to provide your account with barnstar commendations is also strange. Wikipedia is a collaborative environment where communication is required, you have blanked and removed each and every attempt to communicate these concerns. This account has been blocked indefinitely to prevent further disruption and risk to Wikipedia, you are welcome to respond at your convenience. I have uploaded images of some of the ex prime ministers of Nepal. The resources from the official website of PMO website. We can reuse that images as we we can modify images from that website. So I uploaded these images. Yamaguchi先生 said I used content for SEO rank which is entirely wrong, I didn't modify any content which help to promote some special organization only. I tried to add some missing organization like banks,some of them are already added here and few are missing, so I decided to add them here. I am innocent on this matter so please help me to unblock

Hello admins, I am contributing on Wikipedia from long time, I made changes on some articles but I am not pro or regular editor, while searching information on web while I am redirected to wiki and found some misleading information or if some information is missing then I tried to contribute on them only. My main purpose was to reliable and quality content to Nepali users, I contribute to content related to Nepal only. I have uploaded some images some them were from PMO website of Nepal, due to lack knowledge about copyright issue, I got my account blocked. In future I will not repeat this issue and I request to forgive me once on this issue. also please provide me the link for copyright if the content is in Nepali that will be more beneficial.

I went through various articles provided above about WP:COPYRIGHT and WP:FAIRUSE. Now I understand the topic. But still I am not aware about WP:UPE why admins thinks I am paid for posting some thing. I am just a volunteer contributor. Now as now I understand the reason for banning me as well I will not repeat such activities in future, now what should I do not get unblocked? @331dot , @Yamla The edits made by me are not paid, I was previously affiliated to Financial Notices portal.I was making edits to banking sectors of Nepal, Financial notices is portal for publishing notices of all kind of financial institutions including banks, so I thought notices portal can be linked to banks information section. which was marked as WP:UPE Pushpendrakhadka (talk) 07:01, 2 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
