I have reverted this edit because the intention of the link which you replaced is to provide a source for the aircraft's registration. A file photo of the aircraft doesn't prove that it was involved. Adambro (talk) 17:52, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Records show this WAS the actual plane involved. A far bette link than one to a news story..
Do what you damned well please - I'm not fighting anyone - just trying to do a public service... —Preceding unsigned comment added by PuzzleScot (talkcontribs) 17:55, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, thanks for your message on my talk page, I've moved it back here to keep it in one place since I'm watching your talk page for changes.
I would again reiterate that the idea of that link was to show which plane was involved by providing a source which backs this up, an image from Ariliners doesn't provide this evidence. Adambro (talk) 18:02, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If one accepts the avherald as absolute evidence of aircraft identity (which many wouldn't), why not include the stock photo link after that, rather than just deleting it? At least you could put it somewhere else - I guarantee people would be interested in it! I know for a fact that the news channels would show it! (if they had the rights to...)
please don't reply - I'm no longer interested in the article or this discussion thread. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by PuzzleScot (talkcontribs) 18:07, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Comment moved here to keep discussion in one place. I've no interest in continuing this discussion either. Adambro (talk) 18:12, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

November 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to St Nazaire Raid may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 11:53, 6 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit to talk page on Olympic medal table[edit]

Ahoy! I edited your comment - to correct a clear typo ("old" for "told"). I am aware that it is most unusual to edit another editor's comment, bt I hope you will understand and excuse my doing so on this occasion. If you have any objection I will revert it of course. Springnuts (talk) 19:11, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Happy to have silly errors mopped up. I won't mention your typo of "but" above here. I assume it's for humorous effect ;) PuzzleScot (talk) 23:32, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
