Thank you for fixing that! I don't know how I managed to get that lower-case w in there and had no idea how to deal with it. Two thumbs way up! Robnorth (talk) 19:15, 1 June 2017 (UTC)

@Robnorth: No prob! It's an easy mistake to make and a quick one to fix with a page move. RA0808 talkcontribs 19:42, 1 June 2017 (UTC)

Re: editing consternation

Sorry for any trouble I may have caused you. I will be sure to create a login and review wikipedia terms more carefully before I make any more edits. -Thomas — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.52.89.67 (talk) 16:53, 2 June 2017 (UTC) Thomas notinabarn (talk) 17:05, 2 June 2017 (UTC)

Professors

Hello, I simply wanted to notify you I have in fact removed the PRODs to the professors who particularly had named professorships, some were cited as an education expert, as this is one of the instant criteria for WP:PROF (as by WP:PROF, all needed to confirm it is a faculty profile or CV). While I agree this may be a school employee, I'd like to hope they will state their own connections. SwisterTwister talk 17:42, 5 June 2017 (UTC)

@SwisterTwister: Thanks for letting me know! RA0808 talkcontribs 17:53, 5 June 2017 (UTC)

Highlanders Steel Orchestra

Good day, I recently submitted an article on the history of Highlanders Steel Orchestra, a steel band orchestra in Trinidad, here in the Caribbean. I received a message that it was deleted. Forgive my inexperience, as this is my first attempt at submitting an article for publication on Wikipedia. I would like to be guided correctly so any revised submission would meet the approved guidelines. Thank you, Trinirob (talk) 15:31, 7 June 2017 (UTC)

@Trinirob: Hi and welcome to Wikipedia, though I know getting an article deleted may not feel like a warm welcome! If you are interested in recreating the article I recommend reading "Your First Article" for more information on policies such as notability and verifiability. If, after reading the relevant policies, you still believe an article would be appropriate then I recommend exploring the Articles for Creation process where other editors can help you improve the page as a draft before it is "published" into the main article space. If you have any questions please feel free to visit the Wikipedia Teahouse which is run by editors dedicated to answering new users' questions. Hope this helps! wiki vandalism

it is a rather small department at Brock. tough to hide. You might think about what constitutes "wiki vandalism", you appear to interpret "wiki vandalism" as edits that conflict with your narrow viewpoint - a view that contradicts the stated foundational basis of Wikipedia. 2601:18F:702:D080:889:837:C75C:1A82 (talk) 01:25, 14 June 2017 (UTC)

Nope, it seems the edits you were making were pretty clearly wiki vandalism. I'd advise against continuing that way. RA0808 talkcontribs 14:29, 14 June 2017 (UTC)
