Article 'Ezhuthachan(Kaduppattan) caste'

Respected RA0808,

Thanks for reviewing my article. Since there is no Article about 'Ezhuthachan(Kaduppattan) caste' in wikipedia. I spend many months on collecting details for creating an Article 'Ezhuthachan(Kaduppattan) caste'. I am ready to write a new article from scratch with your help. Please consider my request and guide me, thanks in advance — Preceding unsigned comment added by AjayPayattuparambil (talkcontribs) 05:03, 2 November 2017 (UTC)

Removal of article from Wi-Fi Protected Access

Thank you for noticing the removal from the article I created on the Wi-Fi Protected Access page. I was the person that added the content, and I was the person that removed the content. The removal of it was due to the fact that the content I added didn't pertain to Wi-Fi Protected Access. Upon discovery of my error, I moved the content to the "Security Flaws" section of Cryptographically_secure_pseudorandom_number_generator — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.169.54.92 (talk) 14:47, 7 November 2017 (UTC)

Your PROD was removed by the same user who moved it from draft space to article space. It seems more than a bit odd that a user who had not edited in 6 months suddenly shows up to move a draft to article space when the article had not even been properly proposed for review, removes the PROD, and then adds a batch of useless cats.

I've tidied it up a bit but there just isn't much in the way of good sources to show notability. He does not pass WP:NSOLDIER, WP:NPOL, or WP:ANYBIO, and I'm not seeing independent reliable sources sufficient to pass WP:BASIC. I'd support an AFD on this unless we find much better sources. My mistake, The PROD was removed by an IP. Meters (talk) 19:40, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
@Meters: Thanks for the heads up! I've sent it to AFD because at the moment there just doens't seem to be enough significant coverage in these sources. To be honest... in my gut I feel like this is someone either making a page for a candidate they support or an attempt by a campaign to add a page. RA0808 talkcontribs 20:21, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
Thanks. My feeling too. I'll add my input to the AFD page. Meters (talk) 20:23, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
@Meters: Also wanted to let you know I've submitted it to SPI as well, the patterns of editing by new accounts and "revived accounts" also seems a bit suspicious. RA0808 talkcontribs 17:31, 7 November 2017 (UTC)
It's getting a bit ridiculous. I've tagged all of the SPA "keep"s on the AFD. Meters (talk) 19:16, 7 November 2017 (UTC)

Roy McMurtry and Nova Scotia reverts

Nova Scotia -- I find it interesting that these extensive changes are attributed to me. I did not make them!

Roy McMurtry -- Why did you revert this? (I did make this one.) Hebbgd (talk) 19:34, 7 November 2017 (UTC)

@Hebbgd: Hi and thanks for your message! You did, in fact, make a substantial removal of content at Nova Scotia (as you can see here: [1]) on March 14, 2017. As for your edit to McMurtry page... it was reverted because you failed to cite a reliable source. Hope this clears things up! RA0808 talkcontribs 23:06, 7 November 2017 (UTC)

Re: Anna Oxygen

Hi,

I am new to wikipedia. I actually am Anna, and wanted to update the content to reflect more accurate current information. It would be great to go back to the original edit I did in October. I also wanted the entry to be a bit less wordy as I did not write it.

Thanks

Anna — Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.236.140.136 (talk) 15:22, 21 November 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for your message! Since you claim to be Anna (please understand that I don't mean this with disrespect, there is simply no way that I can know this for a fact at this time) you have a conflict of interest which "involves contributing to Wikipedia about yourself, family, friends, clients, employers, or your financial and other relationships". Editors with a COI are requested to not edit pages directly, and instead use the edit request system so that the suggested edits are reviewed by other editors. The updates you made about where you/Anna are based was also not cited to a reliable source, as required on Wikipedia. While it is understandable that you want "the entry to be a bit less wordy", please be aware that no one "owns" an article on Wikipedia and under Wikipedia policy "a person or an organization that is the subject of an article does not own the article, and has no right to dictate what the article may say". Additionally your repeated attempts to remove cited content about your/Anna's early life can be seen as disruptive to the article, so please do not continue to do that. I hope that this clears up some of your questions, if you have further questions please see the Wikipedia Teahouse or use the {{help me}} template on your talk page. A Barnstar for you!

The New Page Patroller's Barnstar

For being one of the top 50 reviewers of the last 12 months. Thank you very much for your reviewing. Hope to see you back over there sometime! — Insertcleverphrasehere (or here) 20:52, 23 November 2017 (UTC)

Hi! The problem is that no major Lezginka studies are translated to English (excempt, maybe, for few paragraphs in the book of Robert Chenciner "Dagestan: Tradition and Survival". I added a couple of Russian links and link to the Wiki page about Lezghi people. It is a bit crazy and has 2 Ethnonym sections, but you can see from it that my point is right - the word Lezginka was invented long time before the nation has officially got this name which was used before much wider. You can also google-translate article in Russian and get even more info. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vladsevr (talkcontribs) 22:20, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
