Calgary International Airport[edit]

Thanks for spotting that I copied it from another airport and I'm just using the AWB to catch the rest. Thanks. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 18:22, 30 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Calgary Wikipedia Meetup Reminder[edit]

The first Wikipedia Meetup in Calgary is this Monday, May 15, starting at 5pm(ish) at the Good Earth Café in Connaught (1502 - 11 Street SW; Just down from 17 Avenue on 11 Street). —GrantNeufeld 20:32, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Not at all, I just added those as I felt the article really needed some images, I know they're not that good, so please replace them with better ones. Cheers. --Qyd 02:52, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

With the municipal election coming up, I figured it would be good to have another local meet of Wikipedia contributors in Calgary. This would be a chance to chat about Wikipedia stuff in general, but also to discuss ways to cover the election on Wikipedia. I’m suggesting next week, at a location (TBD) in the downtown area. If you’re interested in participating, please vote on when you’d like to schedule the meet. Thanks. —GrantNeufeld 21:59, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

An exciting opportunity to get involved![edit]

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 05:09, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
