While you're free to blank most things from your user page, as WP:KEEPDECLINEDUNBLOCK notes, you may not remove declined unblock requests for a sanction that is still in effect. Nor can you make such a large change to any page and label it a minor edit; a minor edit WP:MINOR is something like misplacing a comma or leaving out a word, nothing that substantively changes the meaning of an article or page. These may seem like small things, but it's not a great idea to do these things improperly while you're trying to convince admins to trust you enough to unblock you. And while you're certainly free to remove conversations, I'm not sure labeling conversations with admins as "spam" is an approach that will benefit you.
