Hi, it seems likely that have a conflict of interest, please don't write about Susan Glenny if she is a friend or colleague. Please read the following regarding writing an article

If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. She might be notable, but without any third-party references, we can't verify what you say

Susan Glenny (sports women) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Susan Glenny (sports women), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption.
