Hey, just wondering if you had a source for the retirement of Roger Royle? Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 00:26, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

reverts[edit]

Had already reverted myself before your msg! Anyways, I must suggest that you provide references. Working there is not good enough reason for the edits. In fact, it may even constitute WP:COI. Cheers. Prashanthns (talk) 14:56, 15 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No harm done! Happy editing then. Prashanthns (talk) 15:02, 15 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Norfolk Windmills[edit]

Hi, I saw your note on the talk page of the windmills and windpumps list. I'm currently composing a list of Norfolk windmills in my sandbox. I expect it will take a few days to do as there are so many. Mjroots (talk) 18:01, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to work on the list, I suggest you start at Y and work forward. That way we should meet somewhere in the middle. Mjroots (talk) 18:17, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Norfolk Mills website Mjroots (talk) 18:22, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You just need to stick to basic details for list. Location, name of mill, grid ref, maps, first mention/built, last mention/demise & link to Norfolk Mills, photo. I tend to add photos once list is generally complete, but if you want to add as you go along that is fine. I keep mills in chronological order, so if a post mills is followed by a smock mill then a tower mill, that is the order they read going down the list. Mjroots (talk) 19:43, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just a note to let you know I've done all the non-drainage mills from the Norfolk Mills site. Now need to go through other sources and add to the list. Mjroots (talk) 15:43, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I've done all the Norfolk windmills except the drainage mills. See List of windmills in Norfolk. Mjroots (talk) 10:52, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I've redone the List of drainage windmills in Norfolk now. Mjroots (talk) 18:59, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, are you aware that there is a Wikiproject covering mills now - WP:MILLS. Mjroots (talk) 21:16, 1 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
