Just talking to myself...

[edit]

Sometimes we talk to ourselves to organize the thoughts and be able to proceed with rational, sound and logical conclusions.

Kolonko

[edit]

I have only removed baseless claims about his presidency. You say "In encyclopaedias opinions don’t matter", and then write sentences like "Max Kolonko deemed June 28 2020 presidential election in Poland illegal". This is merely his opinion and it has no place in an encyclopedia.

"On July 4 2020 Max Kolonko issued a 4th of July Proclamation creating The United States of Poland and became President Ad Interim of the new IV Polish Republic until "an honest and legal election in Poland will take place". This sentence presents "The United States of Poland" as an actual thing, even though it is not recognized by anyone except Kolonko himself.

The election on June 28 2020 violated Polish constitution article 128.2 (see reference to the constitution in the article). This violation was the main reason for issuing the proclamation.

The proclamation of the United States of Poland is a document which is publicly available for everyone as referenced in the article. It belongs to Max Kolonko's biography since he is the author of that proclamation.

You reverted my two commits entirely, including information which are not subject to your dispute, since you claimed you have only removed claims about presidency (even though you then restored another commit which also includes information about Max Kolonko's presidency).

Regarding the United States of Poland themselves, there is a separate Wikipedia article on that which should probably be extended since Wikipedia also includes articles about states which are not recognized by other countries. Rafalwlo (talk) 18:19, 24 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Discretionary sanctions notification

[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
