Michael Jordan lead

[edit]

I get your point, but the statement is just the opinion of the site NBA.com, is not a universal fact. I too think that Jordan was the best player in history, but many people don't feel that way. There are other great players in NBA history that could be considered the best (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Wilt Chamberlain, Oscar Robertson), and Jordan himself said that there isn't such thing as "the best of all-time", because everyone evolved from the other. I'm gonna leave it as that because it has been there for months, but I think that a person who is not familar with MJ forms a strong opinion about him even from the opening phrases, where his accomplishments (the numerous awards he won, how many points he scored in his career and how many championships he won) are already listed. But that's just my opinion. Best of luck. Paulinho28 (talk) 19:07, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Martyrs

[edit]

We aren't going to take an article about an event involving almost 700 people, and then speculate on the intentions of them all based on 2 of them. "Yet" implies that their statement contradicts the prior statement that the the fleet would be nonviolent, which it does not. Prodego talk 23:26, 2 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
