Fair use rationale for Image:Adajja.jpg[edit]

Speedy deletion of Image:Catalinacruz.jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on Image:Catalinacruz.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

Adajja[edit]

I have been removing the image you uploaded for Adajja as it violates one of the unacceptable uses clauses of the fair use policy:

Pictures of people still alive, groups still active, and buildings still standing; provided that taking a new free picture as a replacement (which is almost always considered possible) would serve the same encyclopedic purpose as the non-free image.
