Review of the article - Class assignment 14th Oct '16[edit]

Hi, the article “social media analytics” looks like a stub size article and has a great scope of enhancement. Looking at your draft on the sandbox, I would like to suggest on considering few aspects of editing such as adding in-line citations and having a better start of the section- for example, the section starts with a definition of business intelligence alone but it doesn’t introduce social analytics in business intelligence. I felt that the content in both the sections speak a lot about business intelligence alone rather than the usage ,influence, technical aspects ,impact on business and every-day life due to the combination of social analytics and business intelligence.I would also suggest you to go through the review posted on the 'social media analytics' talk page. Review from Mounica[edit]

Hi Rahul;

Social media analytics is an interesting topic and it play a key role in businesses to improve reputation. I reviewed your draft in sandbox and I noticed that there is no inline citation. I would suggest you to use visual tool for adding citation. I reviewed your Wikipedia article too and I noticed that there is no additional sections but you have added two sections and it's a good idea. I feel that you could include some more information about analytical tools. Peer-reviewed articles could help to improve your articles.Mounica merla (talk) 02:19, 15 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Peer Review[edit]

Hello Rahul,

Great piece of information. You have chosen a very interesting article and there is a lot more scope to improve it. Social media analytics in BI is one most important topic to include, it's good that you noticed. Explanations are very clear and precise. It would be great if you can add different BI tools and techniques. Such piece of additional information would give a better shape to the article. Try to add more citation and references.
