Fair use problem with Image:451px-Kazakhstan National Anthem.png[edit]

I notice you uploaded the image Image:451px-Kazakhstan National Anthem.png with the {{albumcover}} fair use image tag. However, it appears that this tag is totally unrelated to the content of the image, and as a result it may qualify for speedy deletion. Image:451px-Kazakhstan National Anthem.png has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.

If you can find a valid tag that expresses why Image:451px-Kazakhstan National Anthem.png can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the {{albumcover}} tag that you have placed on it with that tag.
