Converged Environments/Networks[edit]

"Verifiable" doesn't mean "sourced". If you provide multiple reliable third party sources in which the subject is the main focus of the article, then you can recreate it. User:Zoe|(talk) 09:35, 17 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked Editing while on the Road[edit]

Received following message: -CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address has been used abusively; the address has been blocked temporarily or permanently to prevent further abuse. -If you are a registered user and are seeing this message, please post on your talk page, with a note referencing this message. Please be sure to include the IP address (which should appear at the bottom of the block message). -Administrators should not undo any block that is specifically called a "Checkuser" block. Period. The Checkuser knows something that you don't. If the unblock template goes up you need to ask the Checkuser why the block is there. The Checkuser might not tell you, but they will review the situation and decide whether the block can be lifted. It may not be obvious why that block is in place, but there is a reason.[1] (see: block log • current autoblocks) -Your IP address is 208.54.95.129.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I am travelling on business for the next month and occassionally contribute. Apparently, the block is on the IP Address for Team Mobile, not me personally. The address is dynamic assigned, so I have no control on the assignment. RandMKaos 03:46, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

Decline reason:

You are autoblocked; please follow the instructions below. — Sandstein 05:55, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Clearing an autoblock[edit]

Please note that we cannot unblock you at this time because you have not given us the information we need to look into your block. It is very likely that you are not personally blocked. If you are prevented from editing, it may be because you are autoblocked or blocked because of your IP address. Without further details there is nothing further we can do to review your block or lift it. If you are still autoblocked by the time you read this message, please follow these instructions:

  1. If you have a Wikipedia account, please ensure that you are logged in.
Your account name will be visible in the top right of this page if you are.
If it isn't, try bypassing your web browser's cache.
  2. Try and edit the Wikipedia:Sandbox by clicking here.
  3. Copy the {{unblock-auto|...}} code generated for you under the "Autoblocked?" section.
  4. Paste the code at the bottom of your user talk page and click save.

If you are not blocked from editing the sandbox then the autoblock on your IP address has already expired and you can resume editing. Sandstein 05:55, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
