Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by proxy. You say "her page is handled by us". Do you work for her? If so, that would mean you are a paid editor. Have you read the guidance linked? Please read it, post a conflict of interest disclosure as it says, and request changes using the WP:REQUESTEDIT template on the article's Talk page, rather than editing the article directly. Thanks.
