Complete list template

Hi there — hoping that you can help me understand this edit. I don't pretend to understand template coding, but the end result is that it's broken the usage of {{complete list}} on a number of pages, resulting in information getting removed by a bot with edits such as this because the template is populating invalid categories. @Mlaffs: I was intending to incorporate the {{As of}} template with that edit, as {{Complete list}} already has "as of…" in it. Considering that it might have broken some pages, it might be better to undo my edit on the template for the time being; I apologise if any difficulty has been caused. Thanks for informing me.
