[edit]Congratulations - I was coming here to suggest that you used Articles for Creation and I see you have already found them. You are finding your way around this maze much quicker than most: I'm not sure you need much more advice, but these policies and guidelines are worth knowing about:
Three key content policies:
- WP:Verifiability: - it's not what you think is true, or know is true, it's what you can cite a reliable source for
- WP:Neutral point of view
- WP:No original research
The main inclusion criterion:
- WP:Notability - need to show significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources
- WP:Notability (people) and other subsidiary guidelines like WP:MUSICBIO
The rather long list of WP:What Wikipedia is not by which we try to remain an encyclopedia rather than a super-Myspace or a list of everything.
The article looks much better: I'm not convinced he meets the notability requirement, but see what the AfC people think. More sources would be useful, particularly anything that can be checked on-line. What the AfC people are asking for in "in-line citations" is a link between claims made in the article, like the Foglesong quote, and the sources from which they can be verified.
