Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 11:58, 6 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Anabta[edit]

Marhaba Razan! Thanks for providing all of that info about Anabta. However, before any information could be inserted into the article, you must provide a source to back up the information. I will be more than happy to help you edit the article once you give us the source you used. Cheers! --Al Ameer son (talk) 16:01, 6 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I second the thank you, being عنبتاوي myself. I, for one, can verify that all the information seems to be correct (though being a bit outdated), but like Al Ameer son said, it needs to be sourced. Unfortunately, I am pretty sure most of what needs to be sourced won't be available in English. @Al Ameer son, is there a policy with regards to using Arabic sources for an English Wikpedia page entry?
In the meantime, I will go ahead and revert the page and those interested can work on it in my sandbox until we can get the sources and grammar worked out. Thanks again Razan. -asad (talk) 21:54, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Salam fellas. It's preferable to use English-language sources, but if none are available (and having edited several articles on Palestinian villages, including Anabta, I believe that's the case,) then editors are more than welcome to use Arabic or other non-English sources. Also, using different-language sources could also help balance articles, because they tend to bring in different perspectives. --Al Ameer son (talk) 22:43, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
