Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Hi Deb,
Thank you for the detailed information. This being my first article, I am learning the roles. Please excuse me for getting it wrong the first few times. I want to take this opportunity to share my thoughts on the purpose of this page.

:The write up is about a musical festival for a musical legend who created one of the two Indian classical music genre’ of music called Carnatic music. His death anniversary is celebrated across many cities globally as a community musical initiative.

why does it need a Wikipedia page??
I have seen similar page on Wikipedia of this music festival in another City in USA. This festival will be a community event annually, and go on to being popular musicians together to showcase the genre of music and motivate youngsters to take up the baton. The new age youngsters and of course all other generations see Wikipedia page as a massive significance of the subject of the page. I wanted this page to be an information encyclopaedia of this music festival happening in Manchester, and new information going on to it every year. The legacy of this annual celebration hereinafter, with a wiki page will be a major mutual endorsement. Endorsement of Wikipedia of this amazing event and endorsement of the music community, for this legacy page on Wikipedia. I see this as a mutual benefit and a major Information repository. Future generations can extract a roadmap of how to conduct this musical festival by just following the information that will go on.
i have a website for this festival www.aradhana.co.uk, which is a information website, but Wikipedia endorsement of this great event is a massive boost to this understanding.
The tickets for community to attend this event are Free. This is an assurance that neither me nor the organisation is seeking to benefit from this in a financial manner. Publicity benefit ?? Yes, the evebt definitely needs due publicity since the festival is for the masses and a Wikipedia page is a perfect platform where the intent of information is for reaching the masses.
I can’t assure you that I am not intending to profit from this Wikipedia page. In fact the major cost of the festival is coming from my personal funds.
I am a massive music fan and I organise musical events for benefit of the communities here. I run a music school so I can anchor the Indian classical genre of music in UK, so future generations of Indians and music lovers, her in UK can take it further.
The big and small of this page Deb, is not a venture for profit.
Please advice me how to create this page in a manner that it isn’t seen as just publicity, but as a start it a information repository that will put an iconic event into the annals of Manchester’s history.
Apologies for taking so much time of yours.
Thank you,
Have a good weekend!!
regards

You've said it yourself: "a Wikipedia page is a perfect platform where the intent of information is for reaching the masses". This is a perfect example of an attempt to promote an event. It's obvious you haven't read the guidelines. You are involved with this event, therefore you should not try to create an article about it, especially after admitting that your reason for being here is to do so. You haven't even made the declaration of a conflict of interest as I advised you above. Events must be notable in order to be included, and your description suggests that this one isn't any more notable than a village fete or similar local event. We don't "endorse" events; that's totally against our policies. Please go elsewhere to advertise. If you attempt to add any further promotional content you are likely to be permanently blocked from editing. Deb (talk) 14:18, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
