I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. Reagan, Wikipedia articles are not either/or cases. This isn't about my version versus your version. This is about collaborating efforts and working toward consensus. Simply reverting my edits isn't going to benefit the article. My edits are an attempt to put the article into a Wikipedia format that works for biography articles. Please read Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies) to get an idea of formatting and style.

Sincerely, Kingturtle (talk) 17:44, 9 January 2008 (UTC) Reagan0005Ok that makes sense--thank you![reply]

By the way, at the end of your posts in Talk pages you can type ~~~~ . That will automatically print your name and the time of your post. Cheers, Kingturtle (talk) 18:09, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks starting to get the hang of this reagan 16:17, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

I've added some references, and expanded some references, in the Malibu model article, and hope you agree with the changes -- I tried to put the definition into the lede paragraph with a citation for its origin. You won't have any objection from me if you edit to your own taste there, I think you're more involved in the topic than I am. I just wanted to mention that, in general, it's not considered appropriate to remove comments from an article's talk page. They were stupid comments (mine, at least), and frankly I wish I hadn't made them in the way I did, and I appreciate whatever it was that prompted you to remove them, but I'm afraid they'll have to remain as monuments to my stupidity and hastiness <grin>. Your user talk page is fair game, although most people think it's better to archive rather than delete. If there's something I can do to help you with the Malibu article, or any other, let me know. keep up the good work[edit]

You're making nice progress in your work here. I thought I'd give you some links to some pages written to help editors hone their editing skills. If you have any questions, please ask.

June 2008[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as in User talk:Toddst1, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 01:43, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Stone Eagle Retreat, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of Stone Eagle Retreat and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Toounstable (talk) 02:40, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
