I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was 2021 New Jersey gubernatorial election, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. Request reason:

I did not have multiple accounts. I had someone else make one and gave them the copy of the blurb from the article. We both work at the same company and used work computers for it. The user name was Billmargot91 and he was a friend doing a favor who had never made an account. I posted and did not know you could not make a post about yourself. They did not use my account. They made their own and posted what I had written. That is why it flagged. We wrote out the statement and had it copied in a word document we just copy and pasted from. Where is the evidence in question?

Request reason:

I feel this is a direct violation to the freedom of speech guaranteed by the Bill of Rights. Because I am a smaller candidate in a State-wide race, I am not able to access the same resources that would allow me to post that I intend to run for a public office. I want the evidence in this case to hand over to an attorney to get an injunction filed against this action, as in my jurisdiction, the Constitution supersedes the Policy of the website.
