Please be aware that Wikipedia has a rule restricting each user to 3 reverts per article in any 24 hour interval. You are currently at 4 reverts at Australia First Party. If you continue, you can and likely will be blocked. --Stephan Schulz 11:53, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I am at 3 reverts at Australia First Party (if it's per day). However, I note that you (Stephan Schulz) are currently at 4 reverts - how long will you be blocked for? RedDawn 12:07, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As I wrote, it's per any 24 hour period. Your 4 reverts are:
  1. [1]
  2. [2]
  3. [3]
  4. [4]
And no, I do not have 4 reverts on the article. I have a grand total of 5 edits on this article. The first one is not a revert at all. If you claim the second and third are reverts, consecutive edits count as a single one for WP:3RR. My last two edits ([5], [6]) are indeed reverts.
Since you asked: Blocks for first-time offenders seem to vary from 3h to 24h, with most around 8h. It is mostly left to the blocking admins common sense. --Stephan Schulz 13:46, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
