I have posted a number of images on wikipedia that come from my collection of football material from the pre WW II era. When I sell these images to book and magazine publishers they pay me for their use - but when I post them on Wikipedia for free, people who have very limited knowledge of copyright law and no claim on the copyright themselves tag them for deletion. I have decided to stop sharing my material and request that people stop posting messages here that they've tagged my images for deletion - thank you.
