Hello, I just accepted this article at AFC and wanted to confirm whether the GE Ventures is article is a paid assignment or not. Thanks and Regards, Vrac (talk) 19:43, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Vrac - thank you for your review of and edits to the GE Ventures article, it is greatly appreciated! Per your question, I am confirming that this was a paid assignment. Rgedarov (talk) 20:02, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Someone pointed out that I missed a step regarding verification of paid contributions. The policy Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure documents what must be declared for paid editing (see How to disclose section of document). I have placed the connected contributor template on the Talk:GE Ventures page, ideally this is something you should have done, however we are missing the "employer" data, i.e. who paid you to do the editing, which differs from client, which in this case I presume to be GE Ventures. Please let us know who the employer is so we can fill it out. Thanks and Regards, Vrac (talk) 19:43, 14 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Vrac - apologies for the trouble! Confirming that my employer is The OutCast Agency (www.theoutcastagency.com), and you are correct that my client is General Electric / GE Ventures. I can add these specifics to my Wikipedia user page as well. If there's anything else that needs to be done to reassure compliance, please let me know.

Thanks for that. You should take a close look at the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure policy, the requirements for disclosure have recently changed. Regards, Vrac (talk) 23:52, 23 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
