Every wikipedian may need help... this time it's my turn.
I've been following the issue raised by Cyphoidbomb about List of Fanboy and Chum Chum episodes however, I thinking of reverting Joseph Fleisher's edits as the table is a mess and allowing Cyphoid to make their edits.
What do others think to this action?
Thanks

- There's no hurry, so I think this plan should work? If you disagree though, boldly go ahead; but that's my suggestion - to fix it, longer term, by showing a consensus. Cheers, Chzz ► 12:19, 21 March 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks Chzz, although I agree with what you posted on CB's page, I must detest that the page looks a mess. I think that reverting it will clean it up, then I will leave the 2 editors to discuss it out (but keep the page monitored) - Rich(MTCD)Talk Page 13:38, 21 March 2011 (UTC)
Correction! - Meh, the page looks fine at the moment. I won't revert it. - Rich(MTCD)Talk Page 13:56, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

- Sure, you could - you're entitled to your opinion, and to do what you like. Personally, I wouldn't. Yeah, it's a mess - but so what? There's no deadline. Why not wait just for a week, while others agree it is a mess.
- The page will exist on Wikipedia for many, many years. So if it is 'wrong' for a few days, does it matter?
- That's the basic principle behind consensus/discussion. It's like, during an edit-war, when The Wrong Version gets protected.
- There's always time to just wait a bit. No rush.
- I mean...I'm sure, within a few days, a load of people would go on the talk page and say "yep, absolutely agree" - and then it'd all be nice, clear and consensus-based.
- And I know that, in this specific case, it seems obvious that it is 'wrong'. But still I'd wait.
- Up to you though, totally.
Did you have another question? If not, can you please remove the {{helpme}}?oh, never mind, it's gone now - maybe I was looking at a cached page or something Cheers, Chzz ► 14:15, 21 March 2011 (UTC)- Re. correction - ah, ok. I didn't see that until after I'd replied! Also, I probably saw the 'good' version of the page! OK, cool. Cheers, Chzz ► 14:34, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

- Not sure why you didn't get it from the mailing list however you didn't get it in your personal box because of a typo by the ISP (managed to get a ] after your address...). I have forwarded on to your personal address proper now for you :) - Rich(MTCD)Talk Page 22:47, 22 March 2011 (UTC)

Are you suggesting maybe a sort of throttling limit placed on CB3's usage? – AJLtalk 15:18, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
- Not at all, it's just how it's coded ends up sending my server up the wall... throttling won't be required - Rich(MTCD)Talk Page 21:19, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

- I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that it is improperly
archivingrecording the indices for Article talk pages. Compare the indices with the actual history of that page (this is only just one example). – AJLtalk 01:50, 8 May 2011 (UTC)- Urm, take that to Cobi, I just run the bots... Cluebot's error logs
Hello! I'm one of the Admins of Tool Labs, and while investigating huge log files, I found that Cluebot's generating about 1T of error logs every week almost - in /data/project/cluebot/logs/cluebot3.err. Most of them seem to be PHP errors or notices. I've deleted the current log but I think it's still being generated. Can you take a look and maybe fix the errors being reported / turn off error reporting? Thanks! YuviPanda (talk) 17:06, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
