Halfway to Gone => they're signed with a label. They've been around for eight years. They've released three albums.

The Men of Porn => they're signed with a label. They've been around for ten years. They've released three albums.

Spinal Cross => they're not signed with anyone. They've been around a little over a year - although they've gone through massive personnel changes. They've recorded some demos, but these were never distributed, or presented to a label - they're only available on the band's website. They're thinking about producing their first album this year, but they haven't even recorded it yet. They're "on a temporary hiatus because of schedule conflicts". They don't meet the criteria at WP:MUSIC.

If Spinal Cross makes it to the big time - or even to the medium time - then they can have an article. If they're as great as you think, then I'm sure they will soon.

I've deleted a lot of articles as "not yet notable", and sometimes the subject of the article does become notable afterwards, and then the article gets restored. But usually they don't.
