Conflict of interest and paid editing[edit]

Hi Rishi, per the info you included in the article you created on RBF Production Pvt.Ltd you're the founder/owner of the company. Please take a moment to review the Wikipedia policies on promotional editing and conflict of interest, especially the section there on paid editing. It's generally discouraged for you to create or edit pages about your own business, and if you do so you must strictly adhere to only adding reliably sourced material that's not directly promotional in nature. In general, to decide whether a subject is notable enough to be included in Wikipedia, you should refer to the notability guidelines. As another editor noted in response to your contesting of the Speedy Deletion and your asking "how can I stop my page from being repeatedly deleted: "If you are the person named in the article as the founder of this company, it is a conflict of interest for you to edit about your company, and per that policy you should not directly do so. If you have reviewed the business notability guidelines and can demonstrate with independent reliable sources how your company meets them, I would suggest that you consent to deletion of this article, and then visit Articles for Creation where you can submit a draft for an independent review before it is posted. Having a conflict of interest, not discussing it, repeatedly recreating a deleting article without addressing the reasons why it was deleted, and just now deleting a CSD notice (which is against the rules) led to a temporary block of your account. If you want to help with the Project and be a Wikipedia Contributor, I would suggest you read and learn the basic rules on notability, verifiability, adding reliable sources and conflicts of interest.
