Please read WP:Wikipedia is not for things made up one day and WP:NEO. Wikipedia does not have articles about newly-invented things, only those established enough for there to be "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" to meet the WP:Notability requirement. Your question on my talk page

I'm sorry to have been slow answering your question. Your article could be considered in two ways, as an article about a new term, a newly-invented idea, or as an article about the particular happening on 16 Jan. WP:NFT, which I linked you to above, explains why we don't have articles about newly-invented things until they are well established (see particularly the section about Scrabble at the end), and as a particular event it doesn't meet our notability requirement either, with only one local newspaper report beside the radio station that ran it - see WP:42. If the idea spreads, and they become a regular thing and attract a lot of comment, then an article would be possible. I can email you the text, if you like.
