This page is ridiculously over-complicated to use. Your guidelines are far too lengthy and involved: A single page would really be plenty. I've spent a week working on a new draft of the Spit Like This article, and it would've taken a year if I'd read all the 'summary' advice first. And you automatically undid it because...? It's this kind of thing that dicourages people from making genuine contributions. If I wanted to vandalise a page, I wouldn't bother logging in to do, would I?
