Route table colours[edit]

- @John Maynard Friedman I have had a read, and from what I can see, the table looks okay. Only thing that I may point out about it is maybe in the darker colours (navy blue, purple, brown etc) we change the font colour to white. To be honest with you, I changed the background colour in the first place because otherwise every row and column looks exactly the same, meaning that it looks really bland being white, and also people with dyslexia find it difficult to read black text on a white background. There is also a key further down the article, relating the to table. On the other hand, I can see where you are coming from. Roads4117 (talk) 17:15, 4 July 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, white font will work. Yes, I've heard about the dyslexia issue but fortunately people can choose to reverse colours unless some clever clever webpage designer has specified the font colour. So I guess you ought to verify the result of your update by doing the same thing. See also WP:COLOR.
- If I've guessed correctly that you are aiming for WP:Good article status, the obvious question you may have to answer is why haven't you used {{GBRint}}? (see A5 road (Great Britain)#Junction list - which I consider a waste of space but the WikiProject disagreed
