Very likely nothing; this is a procedural decline as, since your account isn't blocked directly you could edit from another IP, and obviously I can't lift a block that doesn't exist. The extensive rangeblock on the open proxy is ... well, a better solution than trying to get it lifted would be going to WP:IPECPROXY and following those directions to request IP block exemption by email so this won't be a problem in the future as you seem to have maintained good standing. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:20, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
