Let's see. Looking at the edit history, this account did nothing but lobby for the unblocking of another blocked editor. As is noted on your user page, it's a strong likelihood that this account is a mutliple account being abused by User:Kirbylevel4 or one of his friends. I'm not saying it's impossible to get unblocked, but with your history, it's not likely. At least, not without a very compelling argument of how you can improve the Wikipedia—and Kirbylevel4 got a second chance but wasn't able to follow through on it. —C.Fred (talk) 04:12, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

That is covered under the sockpuppetry guidelines: "A new user who engages in the same behavior as another user in the same context, and who appears to be editing Wikipedia solely for that purpose, shall be subject to the remedies applied to the user whose behavior they are joining."
