A tag has been placed on Travis Ritchie, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- Jim Douglas (talk) (contribs) 17:26, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, and welcome to the Baseball Wikiproject! We are a group of editors who love the sport of baseball and work to improve Wikipedia's coverage of this sport.

There are a variety of interesting things to do within the project; you're free to participate however much—or little—you like:

If you have any ideas you would like to share or if there is any way your fellow baseball editors can help you, please feel free to ask on the project talk page.

Re:Adoption

[edit]

Okay, then we'll get started. First, you can go ahead and put {{Adoptee|Alex43223}} on your user page, and I'll put you on mine. We can start with whatever you want. If you don't know where to start, that's fine. Just leave me another message whenever you want to begin. Alex43223 Talk | Contribs | E-mail | C 03:56, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Sorry, but I hadn't been on for a long time, and thus, everything got behind me. I am happy to adopt you, as I'm getting more active now. Cheers. Alex43223 T | C | E 05:25, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
