A tag has been placed on Al Turner, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, apparently the article's author, or a group of people, band, or club, which the author is a member of, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

Please do not place personal content in the article namespace. Unless it is notable, it will be speedily deleted. Personal information should only be put on your userpage. For more details on Wikipedia autobiography policy, see here.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Sign comments[edit]

  • Please sign your comments in various article talk pages with 4 tildes (~~~~) that way we can know who says what. People shouldn't be expected to sign your posts for you, it's rude. - Count23 01:52, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Also, if you look at the buttons on the top of the editbox when editing a Wikipedia page, you'll note that one of the buttons has a signature on it. If you click on that, it'll drop in the code for your signature wherever the text cursor is.--Raguleader 08:50, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
