Repeated attempts to add an image that isn't working and really isn't needed should stop already...Modernist (talk) 16:20, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I see you have edited this article recently. I'd find it most helpful if you could confirm that you created the original (and if I may say so excellent) sculpture of Coward. There has been some doubt expressed and it would help to know that you not only uploaded the photograph of the sculpture but created the original too. Thank you, Tim, for your generous comment. May I confirm that I did create the original. And for what it is worth, I studied sculpture - in particular portrait sculpture - at St Martins Art School in the early Sixties with Elizabeth Frink and the genre is the love of my life! Incidently, I also belong to the Noel Coward Appreciation Society! We are hoping to get the Noël Coward article up to featuring on the front page. Do have a look. Tim riley (talk) 21:20, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Many thanks for your message Tim riley! Sounds interesting! But would you be kind enough to tell me - as a newcomer to Wiki(!) - what is involved in getting the article up to..front page, please? Rodin777 (talk) 15:17, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As part of the GA Sweeps project I have reviewed this article and reluctantly concluded that it should be delisted until concerns over referencing and the lack of broad scope are addressed. Comments have been left at Talk:Ian McKellen/GA1 suggesting ways in which the article can be improved. Thanks. Jezhotwells (talk) 22:17, 14 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
