Refs

Your attempts at referencing are still an utter mess. Refs should not be typed under the section title References. Instead, refs are inserted into the text, and the program automatically put numbers in the text and adds the refs to the refs list. Fix that. You also need to review each of the properly placed refs to confirm that the ref supports the text it follows. Some of the URLs do not work.
Help:Referencing for beginners advises on how to properly create refs. In current state, likely to be declined again. Do not resubmit until all the ref problems are rectified.
Separate from the refs mess, I think the person qualifies as notable, but focus on content about him. Some of the content wanders away from being about him. Good luck. David notMD (talk) 12:43, 25 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
