Go to the file description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
On the file discussion page, write the reason why this media item is not replaceable at all.

You're welcome. I think you're all set now. We need to move the page, rather than copy-paste it, to maintain the edit history of the article (for copyright reasons). Once the target page has been created and edited, though, you need an admin to do it. If there had been nothing at Christina Haverkamp, you could have moved it yourself, using the move button at the top of your page. I think there's more about this at WP:Moving pages, if you're curious. Did this explain everything? If not, feel free to ask, I'll watch this page for a while.
