Request reason:

sorry my husband BalanceRestored had to rush home to bring money, so I am telling you the details late. We exhausted money to pay the cyber. I am wife of BalanceRestored. What you mean by using multiple IP address. MY husband was very frustrated the way he was blocked, I understand it was his mistake. I could not see him that way. I asked him to tell me everything. We came back home and I wrote everything on his behalf. Don't I have the freedom to write here in Wikipedia, things I want to write????

Decline reason:

Making edits on behalf of a blocked user is considered "meatpuppetry" as a means of evading the block so it is not allowed. Once your husband's block expires he is welcome to edit constructively, but continued creation of new accounts to get around the block will result in the block being extended. —dgiestc 17:27, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
