You say your are my mentor in Wikipedia. Please read WP:GNL and please be civil when you mentor me. Georgia guy (talk) 15:55, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Mentoring GNG[edit]

Hello. I've just taken a look at Wikipedia talk:Gender-neutral language. Please drop your bizarre and sarcastic take on "mentoring" - I can't see that it can possibly help anything. --McGeddon (talk) 15:57, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Question[edit]

Have you read this page yet:

Wikipedia:Gender-neutral language (not the talk page; the project page itself.) Georgia guy (talk) 15:59, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Why yes, I thoroughly read that page and did other background research before I agreed to take the assignment of becoming your mentor. Please keep in mind that this mentorship is not so much concerned in content issues as in the tone the involved have taken. Remember, its not what you say so much as how you say it. In any case, I am once again giving that page a thorough read-through and I will be here in case you want to discuss any of the text with me. Thanks, Roxette Fanatic (talk) 16:02, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
