The UCLA Rally Committee article is heavily promotional and full of unsourced claims - in just the first para we have

  • oldest spirit organization. no source
  • For 86 years, RallyCom has preserved school traditions and supported Bruin athletics. spam
  • Members enjoy alternative transportation to the Rose Bowl, football and basketball tickets, social activities, networking, and opportunities to show others their dedication to enhancing the overall Bruin fan experience. Promotional and spam

I've deleted trojan knights as you suggested, let me think a bit more about your article. jimfbleak (talk) 08:32, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I looked at University of California Rally Committee, and I have to say I thought that was fairly borderline. I am not asking for every single fact to be referenced, but there is no external reliable source at all to indicate at all that your committee is genuinely notable on anything other than a very local level. Remember that this is an encyclopaedia that anyone can edit, not a private website. If someone adds criticism or makes derogatory comments, wouldn't you want them to be able to prove what they say? You did not state RallyCom has preserved school traditions and supported Bruin athletics was an objective, you gave it as a fact which I am challenging, and I am asking you to prove what you claim.
