Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, SRT RBAC. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:Royal Belgian Air Cadets, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. UtherSRG (talk) 11:38, 1 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

User has been asked a number of times to disclose their conflict of interest, they have instead deleted the requests. Theroadislong (talk) 13:15, 1 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  1. You have said that you are not being paid, but that is only one part of the matter. Please read the guideline on conflict of interest, if you haven't already done so, and make sure that you comply with it.
  2. The pages you have created have been unmistakably promotional in character, which is not allowed by Wikipedia policy. You must not edit to promote your organisation. JBW (talk) 20:03, 1 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
